I would have gave a 5 star rating nero had a blu ray player. Burning and copying works great.

top notch. burns reliably so far, and the video editing is somewhat intuitive and works very nicely on my AMD (not "top of the line") new computer. I don't feel bogged down by all it does, and I am glad for all of the bells and whistles. highly recommend

My son introduced me to Nero about 6 years ago when I needed an easy solution to backup my DVDs and create home video slideshows for our family events. I've been relatively happy with it ever since. I made the purchase of the latest version in order to have it compatible with my new Windows 10 laptop.
The burning features are still very reliable while Nero Media Home gives me simple ways to transfer my videos from my smartphone and managing my photo collection

I would like to leave negative stars, product does not work as promised, just loading on PC took many attempts over a week or two when I had time to keep trying. This software crashed my PC, lucky I had back up and restore set up. once finally loaded created one dvd rip to MP4 which filled up a 32GB usb drive?? kept trying to reload and make work, then computer acted like it had a virus, could not go to internet or control it, finally restored my PC to before nero. other attempts repeatedly failed this is the worst DVD ripping software every tried or had. funny many years ago their software worked fine, avoid this version. tried to return missed deadline don't buy from this seller either no help.
